Una dintre tr\u0103s\u0103turile oamenilor de succes este aceea c\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi con\u015ftientizeaz\u0103 pe deplin punctele forte \u015fi sunt loiali fa\u0163\u0103 de ei \u00een\u015fi\u015fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen timp ce bine-cunoscutele modele de personalitate ale lui C. G. Jung, H. J. Eysenck, E. Kretschmer, F. Riemann, A. H. Maslow \u0219i ale altor psihanali\u0219ti \u0219i-au extras fundamentele \u00een primul r\u00e2nd din interac\u0163iunea cu persoane bolnave clinic, \u00een anii 1970 psihologul american Dr. John G. Geier a dezvoltat un model simplu \u0219i practic \u00een acela\u0219i timp, pe baza unor studii laborioase care se ocup\u0103 de cercetarea comportamentului oamenilor s\u0103n\u0103to\u0219i, av\u00e2nd la baz\u0103 lucrarea lui Moulton W. Marston (\u201eEmotions of &nbsp;Normal People\u201c, New York, 1928).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geier a descris 4 tipare fundamentale care se reg\u0103sesc \u00een fiecare individ \u00een propor\u0163ii diferite. Comportamentul uman este \u00eentr-o prim\u0103 instan\u0163\u0103 o consecin\u0163\u0103 a dou\u0103 influen\u0163e sau doi factori, \u0219i anume depinde dac\u0103 o persoan\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00ee\u0219i percepe mediul ca prietenos sau ostil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>se simte mai puternic sau mai slab dec\u00e2t mediul s\u0103u<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Din acestea Marston a dezvoltat un <strong>model cu dou\u0103 axe<\/strong>, polii fiind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perceperea mediului ca fiind <strong>prietenos <\/strong>sau <strong>ostil;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perceperea propriei persoane ca fiind <strong>mai puternic\u0103 <\/strong>sau <strong>mai slab\u0103 <\/strong>dec\u00e2t mediul, ceea ce rezult\u0103 o reac\u0163ie <strong>activ\u0103 <\/strong>sau <strong>pasiv\u0103<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ace\u0219ti patru poli mai t\u00e2rziu au fost denumi\u021bi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reac\u0163ia la mediu: <\/strong>asertiv (hot\u0103r\u00e2t) sau neasertiv (re\u0163inut)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perceperea mediului: <\/strong>stresant sau nestresant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sursa: <em>Profil de Personalitate persolog<\/em>, John G. Geier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>D<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Dominant<\/strong>: Reac\u0163ie hot\u0103r\u00e2t\u0103 la mediu, care este perceput ca ostil. Nevoie de a prelua controlul \u0219i de a ob\u0163ine rezultate. Accept\u0103 provoc\u0103rile \u0219i vrea s\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tige.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>I<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Influent<\/strong>: Reac\u0163ie hot\u0103r\u00e2t\u0103 la mediu, care este perceput ca prietenos. Nevoie de a-i motiva pe al\u0163ii, de a se exprima \u0219i de a fi auzi\u0163i. Vrea s\u0103 \u00eei conving\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eei influen\u0163eze pe al\u0163ii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Stabil<\/strong>: Reac\u0163ie re\u0163inut\u0103 la mediu, care este perceput ca prietenos. Nevoie de stabilitate \u0219i armonie. Vrea s\u0103 \u00eei sprijine pe al\u0163ii \u0219i s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 rela\u0163ii stabile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>C<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Con\u0219tiincios<\/strong>: Reac\u0163ie re\u0163inut\u0103 la mediu, care este perceput ca ostil. Nevoie de a face totul corect. Vrea s\u0103 evite problemele prin exactitate \u0219i precizie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiecare om prezint\u0103, \u00een general, tendin\u0163e comportamentale apar\u0163in\u00e2nd fiec\u0103ruia din aceste stiluri comportamentale. Avem \u00eens\u0103 tendin\u0163a, \u00een func\u0163ie \u0219i de mediul de munc\u0103 sau cel personal, s\u0103 utiliz\u0103m un anumit stil mai frecvent dec\u00e2t pe celelalte trei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modelul de Personalitate persolog<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marston a descris patru dimensiuni diferite ale comportamentului. Prof. John G. Geier, specialist \u00een psihologia comportamental\u0103, a implementat \u00een anii 1970 aceste descoperiri \u00eentr-un Profil de Personalitate \u0219i a descris 20 de tendin\u0163e comportamentale diferite \u0219i observabile, c\u0103rora le-a asociat indici. Modelul de Personalitate persolog<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> este r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit ast\u0103zi \u00een peste 50 de \u0163\u0103ri, este validat \u0219tiin\u0163ific \u0219i perfec\u0163ionat continuu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O descoperire important\u0103 a fost c\u0103 fiecare tendin\u0163\u0103 comportamental\u0103 din cele patru dimensiuni <strong>D<\/strong>, <strong>I<\/strong>, <strong>S<\/strong>, \u0219i <strong>C<\/strong> este prezent\u0103 \u00een fiecare structur\u0103 de personalitate, dar aproape \u00eentotdeauna cu intensitate diferit\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00centr-un mediu perceput ca ostil, o persoan\u0103 cu mult <strong>D<\/strong> devine activ\u0103; \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 ob\u0163in\u0103 controlul asupra situa\u0163iei \u0219i s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 obstacolele.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen schimb, o persoan\u0103 cu mult <strong>C<\/strong> reac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cu re\u0163inere, \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 se asigure \u0219i s\u0103 se adapteze situa\u0163iei pentru a evita conflictele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-un mediu perceput ca prietenos, celelalte dou\u0103 elemente, <strong>I<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>S<\/strong>, c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 teren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O persoan\u0103 cu mult <strong>I<\/strong> reac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 hot\u0103r\u00e2t asupra mediului. Ea \u00eei motiveaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00eei convinge pe al\u0163ii, degaj\u0103 optimism \u0219i caut\u0103 contact nemijlocit cu oamenii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O persoan\u0103 cu mult <strong>S <\/strong>caut\u0103 \u0219i ea contactul cu ceilal\u0163i, \u00eentr-un mediu perceput ca prietenos, dar se comport\u0103 mai rezervat dec\u00e2t <strong>I<\/strong>. Ea este calm\u0103, sprijin\u0103, aprob\u0103, se g\u00e2nde\u0219te la al\u0163ii \u0219i caut\u0103 rela\u0163ii autentice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La majoritatea oamenilor predomin\u0103 cel pu\u0163in dou\u0103 din cele patru tendin\u0163e comportamentale. La o persoan\u0103 care prezint\u0103 de exemplu mult <strong>D<\/strong> \u0219i mult <strong>I<\/strong>, \u00eentr-un mediu perceput ca ostil se accentueaz\u0103 D, \u00een timp ce \u00eentr-un mediu perceput ca prietenos, comportamentul va prezenta mai mult <strong>I<\/strong>. Aceast\u0103 persoan\u0103 reac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 totdeauna activ la mediu, dar c\u00e2nd este sub stres \u0219i c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u0219i percepe mediul ca fiind ostil, tinde s\u0103 reac\u0163ioneze agresiv \u0219i expresiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum pot s\u0103 m\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleg mai bine pe mine \u00eensumi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modelul <strong>D<\/strong>, <strong>I<\/strong>, <strong>S<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>C <\/strong>descrie stilul t\u0103u comportamental, care este \u00eentotdeauna o combina\u0163e a celor patru tendin\u0163e. Tiparele comportamentale care sunt mai pronun\u0163ate sunt cele pe care le utilizezi cel mai frecvent. \u201eCel mai bun profil\u201c nu exist\u0103. Toate stilurile comportamentale pot fi mai mult sau mai pu\u0163in <strong>eficiente<\/strong>.
