Un eveniment poate fi perceput ca fiind periculos, dificil, dureros sau sentimentul c\u0103 nu avem resursele necesare pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 situa\u021biei. De exemplu: supra\u00eenc\u0103rcarea mental\u0103 se reg\u0103se\u0219te \u00een top 3 factori de stres, rela\u021biona\u021bi cu munca de acas\u0103.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Cele mai frecvente simptome ale stresului sunt urm\u0103toarele: anxietate, dureri de cap, \u00eemboln\u0103viri frecvente, insomnie, probleme \u00een comunicare, cre\u0219terea \u00een greutate, oboseala constant\u0103, uitare, dificultate \u00een luarea deciziilor, dificultate \u00een concentrare, etc. Toate acestea afecteaz\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i productivitatea angaja\u021bilor \u0219i rezultatele companiilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Stresul la locul de munc\u0103 poate proveni din diferite surse: volum mare de munc\u0103, cultur\u0103 organiza\u021bional\u0103 toxic\u0103, lipsa comunic\u0103rii, riscul pierderii locului de munc\u0103, etc. Dac\u0103 recuno\u0219ti oricare dintre aceste probleme, este momentul s\u0103 \u00eencepi s\u0103 identifici modalit\u0103\u021bi de reducere a stresului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Care sunt solu\u021biile posibile? Scopul este s\u0103 gestion\u0103m c\u00e2t mai bine stresul \u0219i chiar s\u0103-l folosim \u00een avantajul nostru.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Stresul nu poate fi eliminat complet, iar o cantitate s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 de stres duce la productivitate \u0219i creativitate. Dar exist\u0103 o linie sub\u021bire care desparte stresul productiv de cel neproductiv.
